Located in one of the South West’s most prestigious hamlets within easy walking distance to Eagle Bay beach, this home offers an abundance of accommodation and space for that perfect escape from city living.

Upstairs, the sophisticated yet casual interior showcases a palette of neutrals inviting the natural light in. The spacious living and lounge area features a natural wood fireplace that joins the stylish kitchen and is the centre of the home.

The lounge and dining area each spill out to a sizeable undercover balcony and is the perfect place for entertaining or everyday relaxed living. The kitchen is bathed in white and is functional with its abundance of white cabinetry, benchtops and appliances. Orientated to serve the generous lounge and dining area, the kitchen is the place to be.

The master bedroom and bedroom two are each located on either side of the lounge/ dining area and have individual bathrooms each with quality fit-out.

On the lower floor (entry-level) are a further four bedrooms with views of the garden. The primary bathroom services the bedrooms and is fitted beautifully with a frameless shower, single vanity unit and WC.

Additional Notes

RENTAL AGREEMENT So we can detail our House Rules we will send you a link to our Rental Agreement which we require our guests to review and sign after your booking has been confirmed.

GATHERINGS Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. In the event this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately and will result in forfeit of entire bond, and/or possible eviction with no refund.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS Please be aware permanent residents live next door and noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. The noise curfew is 10:00pm.

BBQ If you’re using the BBQ, please clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when you’re done. If it’s left excessively dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Ensure the gas valve & the grill itself are shut off.

LIGHTS Out of courtesy to our neighbor’s, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.

NO SMOKING All our properties are non-smoking. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odors and stains.

SHOES Please, no shoes within the house. Minimise the mess.

PARKING Parking is allowed in your designated parking area.

FURNITURE Please do not move the furniture around.

CHECK-OUT Check-Out times are strict. Our cleaning team are on a short timeframe, please be out of the property on time.

WASTE Garbage and Recycling go in the black and green/yellow bins, respectively. Please empty your waste before leaving.

LEAVERS Our policy does not allow for leavers to be hosted, if this is not disclosed at the time of booking your reservation can be cancelled at anytime.
